This MLK Day, let’s have our Bobcats turn inspiration into impact. Join us for a beach cleanup event as we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy of service.

 When: Monday, January 20, 9AM-12PM 

Where: Oakport Staging Area Cleanup 

Address: Oakport Staging area, End of Peppermint Gate Rd. Oakland, CA 94621

What to Bring: Please come with work clothes that are weather-appropriate, sun protection, a reusable water bottle & your enthusiasm!

Notes: Parking is in a dirt lot at the end of Peppermint Gate.

Please sign up directly through the East Bay Regional Park Volunteer website. Parent registration is required; please complete the required documents/service agreement. 

Together, we’ll protect our local beaches and positively impact our broader community. Let’s make this a day of service to remember!
