We are so grateful for your willingness to volunteer and support our school community! To make the process smoother and avoid delays, here are a few important updates to help remove barriers when completing or updating your volunteer profile:

  • Fingerprinting Status

    • If you’ve already been fingerprinted but don’t see it updated in your account profile, please email [email protected] directly (instead of emailing the school office). This will ensure your account is updated quickly.

  • Insurance Uploads

    • If your insurance isn’t showing in your account, please either re-upload it or email [email protected]. Recent insurance updates have caused some documents not to transfer over automatically.

  • Fingerprinting Before Application

    • If you were fingerprinted but haven’t yet submitted your volunteer application, please create your account and complete the application. Once finished, email [email protected] to connect your fingerprint status to your profile.
